Saintry (Tri-Clamp)thermowells protect temperature sensors in sanitary applications, ensure accurate readings, and prevent damage to sensors. Sanitary (Tri-Clamp) thermowells are specifically designed for food processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing, where exposed threads could trap contaminants. Their polished surface and smooth radius between the stem and face ensure easy cleaning and maintenance. Sanitary-connected thermowells are constructed from typically 316 stainless steel, which features welded designs. They come in various lengths, cap styles, cap sizes, and optional lagging extensions. The thermowells have a surface finish of 32µin Ra or better, with 15µin Ra finishes available upon request.
